Hello mates! Bruce "Meta-Hunter" Wallaby here, with another
Meta-Report. Today I'd like to share with you the tale of one of North
America's pluckiest new Master Meta-Criminals, the always surprising and
most decidedly Nefarious Doctor Chicken-Hat!
Lets have a look at the lad!
Whoa! Friendly looking fella, isn't he? Still, don't let that
cheerful grin and those mad eyes fool you! Our boy the Nefarious DCH is
a real and serious menace to all of creation, at least if you believe
his press releases!
Here we see him holding forth on his dark plans! Chilled the blood, and that's the truth!
Now Old Bruce knows what you may be thinking! "Bruce," you may be
saying to yourself, "you amazingly handsome devil, we live in a world
full of costumed superhuman maniacs! What has this guy actually done to
inspire the fear, dread, and soaked knickers we've all come to expect,
even demand, from hearing the name of a Meta-Criminal of the first
water?" And to you I'd say, "Why thanks, you're looking pretty good
yourself!"
Alright, alright, just a joke there, it's a fair and valid question.
Despite his amazing grasp of the principles of Mad Science, his deadly
cyber-chicken army, his oh so impressive Omega-Egg, and his world
famous Flying Battle Coop, the Nefarious Doctor Chicken Hat has not
quite managed to reduce us all to his barnyard dwelling minions.
The man in question, working on yet another scheme! Can't you just feel the Evil!
However, the NDCH has managed to cause millions of dollars worth of
property damage, hold full control of the Canadian city of Moosejaw for
nearly a fortnight, and (through time-travel and the replacing of city
planners with Ovo-Duplicates) to cause trafic tie-ups in the American
city of Boston that still frustrate commuters to this very day!
And if you believe his claims, he'll be laying more eggs in the path of civilisation for quite some time to come!
